Purchases


  • The Purchase History page shows you a record of all the items you’ve purchased in Free Music Tribe. Here’s how to view your purchased items.

    Step 1: Go to the Dashboard page.

    Step 2: Click “As a Buyer” then on “Purchase History”

    Within this page you’ll be able to see details such as:

    • Item name
    • The name of the seller
    • Sold price
    • Date of purchase
    • Return button if the product return period is valid and/or if the seller accepts returns for that item

  • Free Music Tribe allows you to return items in case of any issues or defects. Here are the steps to return your item.

    Step 1: Go to the Dashboard page.

    Step 2: Click “As a Buyer” then on “Purchase History” to find the item you want to return.

    Step 3: Click the “Return” button next to the item you wish to return. Please take note that product returns are only valid if it’s within the seller’s specified return validity period and if the seller accepts returns for that specific item. Otherwise, the return action will not be active.

    Step 4: Fill out the Return Form.

    • Return Reason – Select the reason for returning the product
    • Return Action – Select the return action you want from the seller
    • Comments - Provide any additional comments regarding the request
    • Attachment - Attach a supporting image to validate the request

    Step 5: Click “Send Request” to send the return ticket to the seller.

    Please take note that you can only send one return ticket per product.

  • After submitting a Return Ticket, you can monitor the status of your tickets from the “Product Returns” page. Here’s how:

    Step 1: Go to the Dashboard page.

    Step 2: Click “As a Buyer” then on “Product Returns” to view the return tickets you’ve sent.

    Step 3: Check on the Return Status indicator to know the current status of the ticket.

    • Pending - If the seller hasn’t acknowledged receipt of the ticket
    • Received/In-Progress - The seller has received the ticket and is currently working on the issue
    • Cancelled – The seller or buyer has cancelled the ticket or deemed the ticket as invalid
    • Closed – The seller has resolved and closed the ticket

    Step 4 (Optional): You can click the “Cancel Request” button to manually cancel the request.
